Shipping

All Foil Me orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide and sent nationally and internationally. Orders that are received before midday (local Adelaide time) are dispatched the same day.

Orders received after midday (ACST) are dispatched the next day.

We use Border Express and Australia Post for our orders. Please allow 1-4 business days for Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney and 4-5 business days for other capital cities. For our Foil Me Artists living in country areas, please allow 5-6 business days.

Express Post is available for small orders - you will receive this option during the checkout process.

    • When ordered with any Foil Me’s foils, brushes are included with no extra shipping fee.

Please note all orders are final. If you wish to return or exchange your order due to change of mind, additional charges may apply. Contact us on hello@foilme.com.au for further details.

 

Hey Artist, thanks for your interest in our hair tools! We’ve been perfecting them for you over the past 10 years and wanted to address any concerns you might have about shipping costs. Here’s a quick rundown:
  • Shipping is based on weight and size.
  • Foils are big and heavy, leading to higher shipping charges than say an item of clothing.
  • We cap shipping costs to minimise your expenses which means we absorb the difference - For example: A carton to regional QLD or WA might only cost you $20.90, but the courier charges us approximately $50; we cover the rest.
  • We don’t hide shipping costs by raising item prices.
Transparency and integrity are important to us as they are to you; we hope this helps clarify any concerns about shipping costs.

      Flatter me foil is amazingly easy

      Always get frustrated with typical boxed foil as ot becomes too low in the boss and sometimes tears wen retrieving. Flatter me is so easy and I never get frustrated with this packaging. The foil is light weight but strong and perfect for fine foils without over bulking. Love it!

We have a new design coming to make it even easier to get those pesky last foils but we do have push up tabs currently on the bottom of the box that can help! Just in case you wanted to use any of those patterned ones that arent in a Flatter Me style box!

      As a colourist and salon owner, aligning myself with brands whose ethos and mission pairs with my own is a high priority.
