Shipping

All Foil Me orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide and sent nationally and internationally. Orders that are received before midday (local Adelaide time) are dispatched the same day.

Orders received after midday (ACST) are dispatched the next day.

We use Border Express and Australia Post for our orders. Please allow 1-4 business days for Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney and 4-5 business days for other capital cities. For our Foil Me Artists living in country areas, please allow 5-6 business days.

Express Post is available for small orders - you will receive this option during the checkout process.

Brushes:

    • When ordered with any Foil Me’s foils, brushes are included with no extra shipping fee.

Returns

Please note all orders are final. If you wish to return or exchange your order due to change of mind, additional charges may apply. Contact us on hello@foilme.com.au for further details.

 

Hey Artist, thanks for your interest in our hair tools! We’ve been perfecting them for you over the past 10 years and wanted to address any concerns you might have about shipping costs. Here’s a quick rundown:
  • Shipping is based on weight and size.
  • Foils are big and heavy, leading to higher shipping charges than say an item of clothing.
  • We cap shipping costs to minimise your expenses which means we absorb the difference - For example: A carton to regional QLD or WA might only cost you $20.90, but the courier charges us approximately $50; we cover the rest.
  • We don’t hide shipping costs by raising item prices.
Transparency and integrity are important to us as they are to you; we hope this helps clarify any concerns about shipping costs.

      It’s perfect for doing all foils cos it’s strong and tough

      I love the thickness of the foil. I don’t like it too think and I’ve got team members that don’t like thin do this is perfect for us all. The grippiness of it so you can get nice and close to the roots without bleeding. It’s perfect for doing all foils cos it’s strong and tough.

      I really love your foils

      I really love your foils, I will definitely be reordering from you after trialling them out. I am used to rolling my own to suit the sizes I like so I think I will be sticking with the rolls rather than the precut. My foiling has been a lot neater and not slipping away from the scalp at all.
