Starlight Foundation - They need you!

Every minute of every day a child is admitted to a hospital in Australia, and for thousands of these children and their families, this admission will change their lives forever. Starlight is there to brighten the lives of these seriously ill children, turning fear, pain and stress into joy, fun and laughter and now so are hairdressing salons around the country.

 To celebrate and align with national Starlight Day, the ‘Salon Select Smiles for Starlight’ initiative will commence on Friday 5th May and continue for the entire month of May. During this time, you can join forces with more than 200 other hairdressing salons across the country to help raise $100,000 and grant life-changing Starlight Wishes to seriously ill children and their families in Australia. A Starlight Wish is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for a seriously ill child and their family and is the gift of hope during the toughest of times.

 In order to make this incredible goal a reality, you will be giving clients the opportunity to help spread the smiles during the month of May by simply adding $1 to any hair service at point of transaction or you and your salon can show your support directly by visiting here.

Although this may seem like small change for some, Foil Me believes that as a community, we can work towards big change to replace pain, fear and loneliness with joy, fun and laughter for the Starlight kids.
