Introducing the Kabuki Collection

Custom designed for Adelaide (South Australian) salon, Kabuki Hair, this elegant and one-of-a-kind foil is an ode to Kabuki’s style and individuality that oozes sophistication. 

This unique foil features luxurious bronze packaging, wrapped in hand-drawn Mandevilla flowers from the salon’s façade.  

Within you will find premium Foil Me signature embossed foil, adorned with an intricate illustration of the mosaic tiles from the Kabuki salon. 

As always, Foil Me continues to push the envelope in premium design, so as you flip the box, you will see Kabuki’s French doors, ready to be open on Foil Me’s signature Push Me tabs. 

Foil Me’s Co-Founder and Creative Director, Emily Ciardiello, and Graphic Designer Chelsea Winter, collaborated closely with the owners of Kabuki Hair, Silv and Annie, to create the ultimate monochromatic collection for your foiling needs. Emily hand illustrated the design, which includes multiple detailed layers of artwork, to create a beautiful tiled masterpiece. 

Silv Fox, Owner of Kabuki talks about the custom foil experience with Foil Me: 

“We had a ball creating this foil with the Foil Me crew. From the moment we chatted about it, it was a professional but fun experience. We knew from the start collaborating with Emily was going to be a success. 

When we first thought about having a custom foil it wasn’t just about having our own foil. Foil was something we use every day to create amazing work but didn’t really get any credit, so now our foil has become a talking point in the salon... which leads on to so much conversation about our industry, how it was made, to how we came up with the design and how we dispose of it using sustainable salons.  

Our favourite part of the process was dissecting all our salon’s little features and putting it on a box and Foil Me bringing it to life... We absolutely love the design and all the team at Foil Me who have supported our industry over the years and the best thing is... it’s South Australian!!!! Amazing work!
